Has it been announced or confirmed if the awards/prime cards work like the signature series and serve as the highest rated version we’re gonna get?

I dont think it's been announced. But in the pre-release streams, they said they created awards/prime cards to be on the same par as signature. So, I've always kind of assumed that the awards/prime/sig are the best cards we'll see of that player. Not sure how FOTF (the legends we have just seen) fit into that either. I can't imagine seeing another Gwynn, Dawson, Brett, Kaline, Schmidt, Smoltz, etc.
