SDS C'mon Man - Robbed By Incorrect Homerun Call (Video Proof)
-
Replay clearly shows the ball hitting the wall mid-level first before disappearing.
Of course, this play impacted the result of this game, as I ended up losing 2-1. His other run came off a center swinging HR from a forced pitch right over the middle of the plate.
What was suppose to be a fun, close, competitive game, even if I ended up losing...., ended up being a complete joke. Not a joke because I lost, but a joke because of the way I lost.

It happens. I had a ball bounce 15 feet short of the fence and hop over the wall and it was called a HR.

That's just the thing, it shouldn't happen.
What you're describing should have been called a ground rule double. Let's not make excuses for SDS for poor gameplay (calling).

Jose Canseco in centerfielder?

Ah, NO.
If a ball hits an outfielder (Jose Canseco) on the head on the fly and bounces over the wall, it's a homerun.
But if a ball hit to an outfielder that touches the wall first, and then hits his head and bounces over the wall, it's not a homerun. It should be deemed a ground rule double.

Yes that is true

The ole ball through the wall. Iβve lost a few that way. Itβs never happened in my favor either.
