SDS Utter Incompetence with Moments

Seems like they typed in "most iconic moments for teams x,y,z," to google and thought they had it all figured out too.
-
Another one I have seen mentioned is the victorino one, as he hit full time right handed at the time that moment happened, but I don’t have a problem with that one as much as I imagine it can’t be easy to program a switch hitter hitting R v R for a moment

Dont get me wrong, some of the moments are a major pain in the [censored]. Ive specifically had a lot of trouble with some of the other fathers day moments for Griffey Sr, but I gotta say, the Edgar mission took me all of maybe two attempts. It wasnt THAT bad.

Do you lack reading comprehension skills? I never said they were hard (heck, the Gonzo one works with a sac fly), but that they didn’t come close to accurately representing the iconic moments they were supposed to mimic. FYI, Edgar didn’t walk the game off with a home run (the way to beat the mission), but with Griffey motoring around from first (which is impossible in the moment without an error, since on every double Griffey waits before the second base bag and then jogs into third).

Seriously, how is it that in designing these “iconic” moments you can mess up so badly that you a) don’t use Rivera vs Gonzo in the D-Backs one and b) don’t give us control of the base runners in the Edgar Martinez one (because the cpu will literally never try to score Griffey from 1st on a double). I mean these are real easy lifts here guys, maybe you should get some quality control people on staff for next year.
Or when you need XBH hits the the pitcher or slow runner is on first and stops at second instead of going to 3rd

Or my favorite of these moments. Inning 12 and Cole is still on the mound after pitching 115+ pitches for the Yankees for the Longoria walkoff homerun win. I mean what? It was a reliever (Scott Proctor) he hit it off of irl, how hard would it have been to use one of the Yankees current relievers say Chapman? It's ridiculous.

Lmao this is really what we’re complaining about now?
-
It also seems to me they tried to pick the pitching matchup to go against the hitter’s splits in a lot of them. The Cole one did crack me up. As did the David Ortiz against a lefty.

obviously if there's this many complaints about moments there's something wrong with them. It's the lack of common sense put into the moments and it's like SDS doesn't test them out for themselves.

How about Rollie Fingers getting 1974 WS save vs the Dodgers pitching for Milwaukee
