Has anyone had a chance to use him yet? Looking at his numbers he might be the best hitting card in the game from what I can see. With 1B as a secondary too I'm surprised there isn't more hype with this card. Dude has it all with the bat, high vision, contact, and more power from both sides than anyone else out there.

I know some people don't like his swing. I've liked his cards since 17, i have always liked his Gold Card.

He seems to mash. I have him pegged as one of the top hitters in this round of content so far (Jim Thome, Eric Davis, Tony Gwynn, George Brett and Mike Schmidt being the others).

I was thinking the same thing but my experience with him in the moment to hit a HR is troubling. Lots of good/good warning track balls with all that power. You’d think the power would be enough to overcome that.
It’s also a very small sample so I’m reserving judgment for now.

Been using him in the event and the ball jumps off his bat. It’s kinda weird I use strike zone view and when I hit the ball it look like a lazy fly all but then the ball just jumps and leaves.

Thanks guys. I'll probably pick him up at some point and give him a try. If nothing else for at least a bench bat.
