You have become madden. I dont even need to go into detail. This game is an absolute joke hitting was great all winter with 18. This System has absolutely no consistency and is all about what the CPU decides prior to the game. Perfect pci and timing is all a [censored] shoot just like check swings. No matter what control the pitcher has perfect release will end up where ever it wants. Keep hiding behind content. Because we need another lefty hitting outfielder when the game is a disaster

You lost me on hitting was great in 18. that was easily the worst show of the franchise Series. This game has tons of flaws and yes I believe that they covered up with good content but don't compare 18 to the last two years.

Anyone who says anything positive about 18'[censored]ting/pitch speeds should be sent to the happy house surrounded by men in white coats.

Shoulda just kept it simple and said the game has been a train wreck since it's inception. Leave 2018 out of it.

IMO, post-patch '18 online hitting was better than '19 or '20. I'm not saying it was great or even good, but it had a whole lot less RNG. It was all or nothing but good input was largely rewarded, at least compared to the last 2 years.

Offline, '18 hitting was actually pretty great until they nerfed it when they released all the immortals.

Finally, can we stop saying rewards are content? The rewards are okay but the overall playable content in DD is sorely lacking. There's hardly any incentive to collect cards or improve your lineup if you play mostly offline. Don't get me started on the playability of moments - might as well just be pulling a slot machine lever.

    Fight me.

People get all tore up when they lose. I hope the show takes away feedback next year so the crybags will shut it up. It is silly to think you are going to throw perfect pitches and have perfect hits Everytime you swing the bat.

I'm a rare breed that agrees with you on that point. The hitting in 18 wasn't good but it was less RNG then the past 2 years. The user input was rewarded more and you wouldn't give up 3 runs in inning where no [censored] were squared up.

Not gonna fight you but your opinion in this regard is extremely rare and not often supported.

Removing feedback simply covers up what's wrong with the game. Fix the game, don't remove the evidence.

That you said hitting in 18 was better. 18 was a disgrace and a complete dumpster fire in every aspect imaginable.

I'm not going to waste any more brain cells debating which version is less terrible. Fire up '18 and see for yourself. I like it better than '19 or '20 because, in my experience, good input is rewarded at a much higher rate. If you disagree, cool.

Oh I don't have to fire up that game again ever in my life thankfully. Let's just agree to disagree.
