Edmonds or Trout?

I have Edmonds and he dominates offline with missions, etc. Not over the top Online though. Now I have about 200,000 stubs accumulated. So if I sell Edmonds, I could finally possess the fabled Mike Trout. What would you guys do? Is he worth it? It would bring me one step towards getting Biggio too but I guess my main question is, is any player actually worth 325,000 stubs? Thanks.

Sell and get Trout while the getting is good. He may drop back down in price a little, but not till late fall/early winter probably. If you want Mantle, now's the time to do it.

Thanks but I don't think Mantle will ever be in my sights. Lol. I never get those guys because I refuse to A. Spend money or B. Devote the amount of time required to obtain that many stubs. I devote a lot of time, but I can't spend 8+ hours a day or I'll get sick of the game honestly.

Honestly, if you’re not going for mantle, I wouldn’t get trout. He’s good - be he’s not 300k good. That price is only worth it if he’s your gatekeeper for Mantle.
If you’re not interested in the collections, there are much better places to spend 300k.
Then again, if you’ve just always wanted to own trout and never have, then go for it. This game is supposed to be fun......fun dammit!

If you are not going for mantle then no player is worth that many stubs.

Just opened mine now, was out lastnight and waited for today. NL starting pitchers, saw the nats logo, got excited for sherzer, bang bang it's Strasburg. Ffs!

Yeah. Unless you want Mantle, don't buy Trout.
I know you said that you wanted Biggio. So you need to ask is Biggio worth 300K.

Yeah I just added Sandberg too and he’s pretty [censored] good. I might give Kemp a try first before thinking about Trout? His attributes actually look they might even be better? I’ve just hit really good with Trout every opportunity I’ve had a chance to hit with him.
