Why is Smoltz so cheap right now?

Thought the stub sale was supposed to inflate prices but I see a ton of guys like Smoltz & Dibble dirt cheap right now.

Considering he was 120k yesterday I’d say that’s pretty cheap.

I don't think he's worth 100k. He is probably great on legend but he is buns on all star like all pitchers. He is pretty good on hall of fame but i prefer gagne or rollie as righties
