That's ok,in a few games you'll get dressed down for not swinging the bat well,despite the fact you just went 4-5 to extend you hit streak to over 25 games.

Yeah this needs to be looked at and fixed. Happens way too much, as in all of the time.
Same with dodgy interactions with players. Commending an MRP for his recent hitting form - not sure if Familia has ever picked up a bat in the MLB yet he’s on a tear at the plate?
Probably won’t be though as it’s a few years old now

How about when you are on 1B after hitting a single with your pure power guy that runs like a tanker truck and you get the message "manager says steal the base". Duh I don't think so.
In SNY’s commentated game yesterday between the Mets and the Reds, Wilson Ramon (speed 0) ran on a hit and run play with Robbie Cano (speed 21 I think) at the plate. Lucky for them he fouled it off

Worst is when you do steal and then after the game/series your manager berates you for stealing and asks you to stop.... but you asked me to steal what did you expect to happen?

There are a lot of glaring issues with this game this year. I've experienced all of these issues posted. I still enjoy the game for the most part and try just have fun, but every time they patch the game to make it better they make another part worse. For example I thought the hitting was great at release and now even if I square up the ball it'll say good okay. Sometimes it's perfect/perfect or good/squared up. It's so inconsistent. I wish they'd go back to day one hitting.

And the line drive outs are back again. I am starting to think they make changes and improvements just to get the sales then they patch it to make it bad again.

I got promoted to AAA, made 1 start (SP), the manager decided to juggle the rotation. As a result I started again the following day. And of course got shelled. Gotta love it.

Same thing happened in '19 also, don't feel too bad. They rehashed all of these scenarios from last year's version too.
