Naturally whomever would be losing, when a Freeze Off happens, should be the person who would quit.

But what if you're only down 2 runs, it's the 5th Inning, and you're up to bat when it happens?

And if it matters, your opponent didn't score his runs until his most recent AB.

There’s no etiquette. It’s a battle of will.

In this situation is the opponent the one who should quit and take the L?

I once left my PlayStation on for 9 days straight to get a win. It ended up breaking it and I had to buy a new one but it was worth it. My Dad ain’t raise no quitter.

Classic outcome would have been if it broke during the freeze off to give you the L.

Edit: never mind, I think that’s what you’re implying. 🙂

It would be cool if after a freeze off the screens that come up after a showdown game like red - Failure and green - Success accompanied the freeze off postgame.

I quit if I was losing back in ‘17 when they happened all the time. I’ve only had them when I’m winning ever since but I’ve stuck most of them out.
