Turning off hitting feedback
-
I honestly wish they would just allow us to turn off the hitting feedback and let me play the game. There isn't anything for frustrating then getting good/good line outs, while my opponent gets Good/okay homers in the first inning.
I hope in 21 they just let me turn it off, so I don't know the result so I can just assume I hit it bad or perfect.

I think there's an option to turn it off. Could be wrong
-
Just no. I want feedback so I know I’m placing the pci properly. It’s not our fault if the game developers can’t come up with a functioning feedback system. Why should we let them off that easy for their flaws?

You can turn it off....

Can you trust the PCI feedback is functioning correctly though? I've experienced feedback changing during ball flight. I have also smacked balls for HR's getting the bat crack and showed feedback that looked liked I missed it.
I do agree it should stay on, but there is an option to turn it off yourself.
I don't even pay attention to it while I am hitting. I do leave it in so when I'm pitching I can see the other hitter's timing.

If you go into your settings at the main page there is an option to turn off feedback. You won't see it while you are putting to someone though which tells you the hitter's timing on the previous pitch.

You can turn it off somewhere in the options settings. However, the sound of the bat hitting the ball will still indicate the quality of contact so I guess turn sound effects off too? Maybe complete sensory deprivation is the optimal way to play the game this year.

Yep You could probably still tell a lot by seeing how the ball is coming off a probably need to play with a blindfold too to make sure there’s no way to tell.
Helen Keller probably be on the cover of The Show 21.

SS Keller probably would have 75+ vision knowing how these folks assign player attributes

Feedback has been wrong in this game for years. Most of the good/OK complaints aren't about the placement of PCI and result, it's about what the little screen tells you happened.
If you are aware of what you are doing, you'll notice that lots of early swings show good timing, lots of squared up home runs show good/ok, etc.

I’ve been in setting and cannot find it?
-
I turn it off day one every year.

How? I’m in user settings now and cannot find it

Yeah it's there, I will say turning it off seems to help with my pitch selection. I look for better pitches to hit as opposed to where it will be around the frame

Go in game, then in one of the “game play” settings where you change pci and stuff, it is in one of the smaller menus. I think you have to even do the R2 for advanced settings thing.
Yes, I think it is in advanced settings. I won't be in front of my console until tomorrow so I can't check.
