Are they ever gonna go back down? Or should I just bite the bullet and try to get them now. They’re really the only 2 I need for biggio in the AL and I’m not sure if an upcoming stub sale will make it impossible for me. Or if I should wait it out and see if they drop at some point which I doubt will happen

Use your stubs to invest now then sell once the sale drops and reap the rewards.

That’s what I figured yeah it’s just hard to convince myself to buy Cole for 170 when he was like 80-90 when the game dropped lol. But is what it is. I really want that biggio for Catcher

I wouldn’t be surprised if Cole jumps up to the 200k range once the stub sale starts so buy him now before you really regret it

I’m prob gonna sell off some pieces and grab him tonight then. I’d be just verlander away from the AL so worst comes to worse I can splurge and buy some stubs when the sale drops if I have to for him. Thanks for the input

I was having the same dilemma a few nights ago. I took the plunge and bought Gerrit Cole for 162K. I'm glad that I did as it seems his price just keeps going up and up. I've had Biggio (and Giambi) for a few nights and they have easily become my favorite hitters.

I flip a lot so I built my Stubs back up quickly and bought Yelich and Bellinger today. Yelich was a good price at 39K, so I figured why not? And Bellinger had a similar spike in pricing as Cole, he just kept going up and up, so I told myself lets just get the most expensive out of the way now.

Now, all I have left is Freddie Freeman (11K), Jacob deGrom (110K), and Nolan Arenado (140K) and Mickey Mantle and Gary Sheffield will be mine! I've never been able to get the Live Series collection done so quickly, and I would've been in an even better place if I didn't sell off an Arenado I pulled to buy Luis Robert and Nate Pearson when their prices dipped before they essentially gave the Prospect series cards away for free. Oh well...

Anyway, good luck on your journey to Mickey & friends!
