Batting Cage Idea

I think that it would be awesome if there were a batting cage mode. You could try out a DD card before buying it. It could also be like The Playground in NBA2K. I don't want to buy a card and then not like the feel of it. Thoughts?

SDS should implement that idea as well as maybe a pitching mini mode in custom practice. The custom practice mode is severely outdated and there's so many more efficient ways they can tune it to allow people to practice specific parts of their game.

Yeah I wish they had loans. When you get to the level 1 choice pack or any for that matter, it would be cool if you could rent one for stubs for 3-5 games before you choose him. Or Level 99 could just be it’s own reward and give a 3 game loan of the same choices.

Yeah, For example I'm approaching Silver 25 and I don't know if I want Gary or Charlie Morton. I already have Mondesi, this would be the perfect thing to decide which cards you want! Good idea!

IDK about BR but showdown hitting is alot different than every other part of the game.

to be fair they have showdowns and battle royale so u can test cards.... much better than 2k for instance which has no way of testing new cards. lol
Both of these modes have entry fees, which is kind of the point of the original post. It's a fantastic idea, and something they need to look into.

There could be a curveball setting, slider setting, etc like real pitching machines so we could practice tracking and thumb precision with PCI placement

Always found custom-practice clunky and doesn't cover everything. Basically re-tool it for a batting cage!!
