Season in RS

When is the "Season" over in RS? Every once and a while I get something that says that the season is over, and it gives me a pack. Is there a way to know when it is over?

It will reset you based on what ranking you finish at for this season. If you tell me your current rank I can tell you what your starting rank will be.
The end time is listed on the screen before you start a ranked seasons game

I'm not entirely sure where you'll start out at tbh, but I would guess no lower than 400. Perhaps someone else reading this can confirm

I finished at 700. Where will I start? Also I made it to 800. Are there any rewards for making it there even though I didn’t finish there?
