This game has been updated to make the already expert players that much better than the average player like me. I use directional hitting for two reasons, 1. I cannot get the hang of using the PCI with any consistency and 2. I don't see where a PCI has anything to do with a real baseball game. Bring the experts down to using directional hitting and they will be no better than me or any other average player using directional hitting. Let's play baseball like it is intended to be played, not with a carnival type target game. Hopefully this game will be vastly improved for everyone to enjoy & compete on an even keel when PlayStation 5 comes out at the end of the year.

Just asking questions as it is definitely different than last 3 years. Why do so many people on here have to judge another person's temperament???

Yeah, that I know. But the stats shown if any at all are no way near correct. For example, have used the same right fielder for countless games in DD and it is showing 4 games played, 14 plate appearances, 2 hits etc.

Where are the position player stats? The pitcher stats? No stats at all or some ridiculous numbers that are definitely incorrect. Seems this game is way harder and getting less for the money spent. Cannot see any era numbers for pitchers, nothing at all for most of the pitchers & position players. I have reached the 300 mark for the 1st inning boss reward but even though I have used basically the same team players throughout little to nothing at all appears in stats, ridiculous.

I mean, I brought in Tyler Rogers and the tired sign came up after 1 batter. It seems to happen no matter who I bring in. Really making this game unenjoyable. Basically throwing BP. I have tried different pitching methods, several different ways to do analog and the result is always the same. Feels like my controller is having a spasm. Tried a different controller with the same result.

I guess if someone needs a HR derby pitcher, hit me up.

This is an ongoing issue with this game. Home runs galore against my diamond rated pitchers. This game is out of control all the way around, pitching, hitting & defensive BS. Unless this game is completely re-programmed for Playstation 5 and all of the ongoing issues corrected I won't be purchasing it in 2021.
