Lol, no just been caught on the wrong side of history on this to often so just wanted to give people a little shout out. I wish I had that control over the market.
I mean, I did buy Jake McGee at 62k a week ago so it may be time to unload him. LOL

Make sure to liquidate any assets and buy them back at a largely reduced price after the new content drops tomorrow. Anytime there is a major content drop prices will take a significant plummet as people free up stubs to buy the new cards that are available.
Not a bad way to try to get Market prices to go down...
Well played, sir.
With all the problems people have with the game, I have been okay and quiet through all the silliness. It's a game and not perfect and stuff happens.
But these Future Stars could be the official tell-tale sign that MLB The Show has officially Jumped the Shark.
I get that the season is on life support and you need content but, come on. This isn't Baseball Stars. It is supposed to be a Simulation of the current state of the game. And dudes that have played 3 innings in Major League games being rated equal to or higher than Hall Of Famers?!?! Give me a break. Change the Scale.
You are all wrong: Lefties can't play catcher in College or the Pros because they cannot naturally swipe a player heading home on plays at the plate.
Their glove hand is on the wrong side and they would have to go across their body in an unnatural motion beginning with their back to the mound.
Maybe you just gave hackers access to your account
I'd rather have more Classic Stadiums than Minor League ones at this point: Tiger Stadium, Ebbets Field, Candlestick Park, Comiskey, Astrodome, Olymipc Stadium, etc.
(I may have MiLB burnout this season already, sorry...)
Buy them outright if you must. Then sell off "The 7" as you earn them through the XP Reward Path and you break even, all told.
@samguenther1987 said in Programs stars:
But would you be surprised at this point? I mean we got yet another rookie today for rewards towards the first half of World Series. Do you really think they are done?
Meh...
@samguenther1987 said in Programs stars:
Or it could be more rookies, just saying. I really hope it is legends like Babe Ruth/ Tom Seaver/ Ted Williams etc though.
I really hope you're wrong about the Rookies/Prospects. LOL.
I have a few Stage 2 FS and I hate playing them since it doesn't feel real. At least Legends earned their status. The imaginary FS Lodolo, Nolan Jones and Brusdar are great but they will probably never be that good IRL.
They are okay but I just sold Oswalt since at 93 he won't make my rotation anymore. The issue with the 7 Diamonds is that they have better cards anyway so sell them off and keep the 35k. It shouldn't be too long before 86-88 no longer make your squad or 93 for that matter.
With all the free content this year and the speed in which it can be attained, you shouldn't have to lock those guys in.
@BIGHOOV2713 said in Programs stars:
You got any ideas on what they are dropping for stage 3?
I suspect Legends for Stage 3.
FOF are essentially boosted LS for Stage 1. Stage 2 was FS. Stage 3 could be Legends. And 4 could be Finest or another boosted LS.
@BIGHOOV2713 said in Programs stars:
How long does a run take you usually?
A couple of hours, really. The first half of the Season and Playoffs are grinds. You can play off and on and do a whole one in a day, no problem.
@BIGHOOV2713 said in Programs stars:
What difficulty level have you been playing MTO on? And what teams are you trying to knock out?
I play it on Veteran. 52 TA total and not very stressful. Currently doing the Padres.
Have done Dodgers, Indians, Yankees, Reds completely.
Have Brewers, Nats, Twins, Mets in the WS for when Stage 3 drops.
@AGENTSxOFxCHAOS said in Programs stars:
Yes, you get 20 for locking him in; but they stated that you can obtain Program Stars by also playing the game.
Everything you play during the program period gives you Stars (except practice) including the individual Moments. Not many, but they do give you some. I've been grinding MTO exclusively lately and have happily been watching my Program Stars go up too. Same goes for Showdown.
Now, if the issue is MORE Stars, expectations need to be simmered down.
Not sure where you are looking but you get 20.

@jreyes533 > So, it subtracted all the Affinity Points earned through MTO for all?!
So it didn’t take away the affinity points I’ve already earned but it won’t let you earn anymore unless you restart. I had a couple other MTOS that i left in the post season and when my PlayStation got unplugged I wasn’t able to earn anymore affinity points from any of the saved MTOs i had unless i restart them. Does that make sense ?
Jeez, yeah, I get it. Thanks for the detailed info.
Like you had, I have a few saved at the WS since I already completed LVL 120 for when Stage 3 drops. Those would be gone, huh?.. I get SDS zapping the current run, that would make sense. But corrupting ALL the unfinished Save files? Brutal.
Sucks because Summer power outages are coming. We had some last weekend where I live and it happened to me during Showdown. Thankfully, it was not during a Boss.
@chip187 said in MTO Rewards:
@BIGHOOV2713 > Really? It’s a different save tho, right?
When i was doing MTO, my PlayStation got unplugged and I had other MTOs saves already. When I went to check those the affinity points message popped up. It sucks but it affects all of them saved.
So, it subtracted all the Affinity Points earned through MTO for all saves or just the current one?!
Always keep in mind that seemingly lower rated LS players will actually perform better than Legends and Flashbacks do to situational Quirks with hidden attribute boosts. Flashbacks and Legends do not have situational Quirks like Dead Red, Breaking Ball Hitter, Rally Monkey, Situational Hitter, etc.
Therefore, take this into account since LS players true Ratings are hidden and higher than advertised. (As an example, Trout plays way above "95" due to this.)
And yes, Frankie Lindor is a glitch.
The odds are not great to get the Rare and the Base prices are currently 50% of the buy-in
The Rares are currently at the price of the 2 packs (70k) so maybe just buy the guy you want...
Tempted but know better...
@TayZuuR_ @packsfan10 Here you go. You're welcome:
