I just played an event game and got a program reward ballin pack. The notification said it was a reward from Baseball's Back program. I looked and I don't have any program or anything called that. I also don't have any reward active that was a ballin pack. I think the previous even might have been called that?

Great list.
The only one that made me say NO WAY!!!
Was Mo as the #1 Righty in the pen.His card was an absolute bleep show for me and every time I see him I light him up. And I am HORRIBLE at hitting.
Lot's of people I have asked feel the same way.
Other than you, I have never met anyone say Mo was the best.loved the list, grest conversation starter.
I am with you in that I rock Mo every time I face him but when I use him, he has been the best righty for me. I seldom give anything up with him on all star or HOF.

I had been planning for this all year and kept all the gold/silvers I got and then bought cheap diamonds for less than 6000 as we went. The only expensive cards I locked in were the bosses, FOTF, and prospects that I locked in awhile ago. I got trout and sold the leftovers for just over a million stubs.
-
Apparently I way over prepared for this collection. I was able to get Trout and sell off the rest for over a million stubs.

I really enjoyed the last event and have not enjoyed this one at all. Hitting seemed great in the last one but it appears that they lowered the hitting sliders in this one??? The exit velocities have been terrible for me. I had a perfect perfect with Thome that didn't make it to the warning track and only had 87 mph exit velocity. Many other squared with good timing that were 75-85 mph. Most games have been 3 or less runs each which is crazy for all star. Just not fun for me when you feel like you are hitting good but not getting results.
The last one was common pitchers this one you face the best pitchers in the game, Hitting did not change, the pitchers you have to face changed.
No, I'm talking about the one that just wrapped up. It was prime/Signature/Awards and FOTF players for both pitching and hitting.

I think connection definitely affects pitch speeds. I have had a couple games this event where I could push the x button as the pitcher releases the ball and still be late. The games that the pitch speeds seem crazy fast are also the ones with all the other lag glitches and also happen to be in MLB stadiums.
-
I don't get mad at people for picked MLB stadiums because it is not their fault at all and those stadiums should be available. It is frustrating when they do because it is much harder to hit and the pitch speeds are faster and timing windows are off.

I have bought 10 50 packs. 8 of them had zero diamonds and 2 of them had 5 diamonds all worth quick sell value. I believe they did reduce the odds. Normally I get at least 1 diamond per 50 pack and when I don't I usually get multiple the next. I buy a lot of packs and have not had anywhere close to this bad of luck all year.

This also happened to me yesterday. I found a forum that suggested switching wifi from 5g to 2.4g and it worked for me.
Why would you switch from the 5ghz band to the 2.4 ghz band. Unless you’re nowhere near your wireless router the 5ghz band is much much faster and less populated with traffic. Whoever gave that advice clearly does not understand WiFi and how AC WiFi actually works. And on another note gaming on WiFi is simply stupid to begin with. WiFi is not stable enough to maintain constant connectivity. If you’re gaming you really need to be hardwired into your modem.
It worked though and I stopped getting disconnected every few minutes. I even tried switching back and it started disconnecting me again. I think it is something wrong with the ps4-pro.
Well being a network engineer I know that the 5ghz frequency is a much faster network when your in the vicinity of the router. However, if your router has those separated you’re not taking advantage of what your router is capable of doing. The router should have a combined ssid to enable band steering. This allows your router to move devices automatically to the correct band based on your devices rssi, which in laymen’s terms is the connection strength of a particular device determined by your router. But in general you won’t see your max bandwidth speed on the 2.4 ghz network. Sorry if this doesn’t make a lot of sense. It still holds true that you really shouldn’t be gaming wirelessly if at all possible and certainly not when your game is dependent on your internet connection like DD is in this game. Hope this helps
I agree which is why I used 5g to begin with. Unfortunately, I don't have a long enough cable to have it hardwired.

I'm pretty sure I haven't been banned hahah
@joshdcarr25 I have a wired connection though, tried wi-fi but still doesn't work. Can you tell me on which forum you saw that advice? Thanks
I googled it and 1st option was a reddit forum which is where I found that advice.

I don't think it is scripted as far as who wins vs who loses but rather gives one side the advantage or breaks. In my opinion, the top players are just good enough to overcome it. For us mid/upper level guys, it makes games we should win handily close and often causes us losses that we shouldn't have. The elite guys it might make them win by a couple rather than mercy.
-
I like the idea of moments but for some reason SDS decided to lower the sliders to the point you feel like you are playing with a common rather than the diamond it's supposed to be. If they played honest, I would enjoy them.
-
I don't think it affects anything. I went through a stretch where I was offered a friendly every game since I had Mantle early. I won the same amount as I always do during that stretch. I do believe the RNG effects the outcome of the game more than it should but I don't believe it has anything to do with the FQ.

I hate ranked seasons because of this. It feels like whoever has the weaker lineup gets the favored outcome. I played someone recently that had a losing record and .231 average. My average in ranked is .301. I had 16 dead or near dead center good/okays for outs and lost the game. I usually can tell early if I am going to lose when I start getting an obsessive amount of good/okay and my pitches float down the middle despite perfect input. It sucks because online play is my favorite but it's ruining it for me.
-
I mainly play showdown. For the stage 2 showdowns, I gain about 2 levels per run and they take about an hour. I just hit prestige 2 days ago.
-
Around 200 this year. My longest was in 18. I kept track and finally pulled a diamond on pack 786.
-
I don't think the difficulty was upped, I think they nerfed contact and exit velocities. I played 4 rounds since the last patch. 2 3rd inning and 2 National League. I was 4-18 on perfect perfects and only had 3 of those with exit velocity above 100 MPH. Before patch it was a homerun fest on most of the missions and now I hardly homer at all.
