<![CDATA[Here is the updated list of 88 Legends without a 99 Card yet]]>I really wish this website allowed tables without making the text black on the default dark background ( @sds_joek_psn)

It would be so much easier than having to use an image host for the graphic.

IGNORE Zach Thornton, Leonardo Bernal and Arjun Nimmala who are included because their names don't match their live series cards

Postseason would have been a perfect time to drop a card for him.

"randomly" given headliner 2 for the 50th

It is so disheartening at this stage to see the earliest headliner packs pop up. Not only are the odds against you pulling a headliner but if you do the card will be of little use

Cool Papa Bell is out. Sometimes I wonder if they lose rights to players during the season for some reason. Because what excuse is there to have golds and 85 level cards only for their legends at this point in the game….

Thats another issue, they dump legends unceremoniously into Headliners, and to get a specific headliner pack is RNG. By this point of the year we should be able to choose which Headliner pack we want instead of just being "randomly" given headliner 2 for the 50th time

I did lean a bit into card variety and lineup diversity in my survey.

I am pretty sure I mentioned the legends as well, especially ones that have not gotten an upgrade since the jolt series on release day

We are in November and still do not have 99s for so many legends and fan favorite cards.
How do we have a dozen PCA and Bryce Harper cards and not a 99 Hank Aaron?
It's infuriating.
