<![CDATA[I opened seven Vault packs]]>....and all i got to show for it was this rag tag bunch of misfits.

These were the best choices.
Seven packs and a sell now return of 46k stubs, enough to buy me barely half a 50 box of standard packs haha.

Now, i am fortunate that I don't need stubs, but even still, this return for all the grinding is demoralising.

Way to go SDS, really great way to keep people incentivised to grind....

PS. I hope you all pull Trout, Ohtani and any of the Chase cards you might need because lord knows you deserve it for grinding this godforsaken game.

Earlier in the season they were mostly limited to flash sales, high-level Mini Seasons rewards, and a few Conquest maps. Now that they’ve been showing up everywhere over the last couple of weeks, I’m starting to wonder why they were treated like rare commodities in the first place. The rewards certainly aren’t making a case for their value.
The stub rewards throughout programs and missions are almost comical. 500 stubs doesn’t even buy a Show Pack, and even 5,000 isn’t exactly life-changing.
Then there’s the shop. With no flash sales in weeks, apparently the 40-50% stub sale has become a permanent fixture. Normally 24K stubs costs $20. Even at $10, that’s an outrageous price for what you actually get.
And with bots dominating the marketplace, stubs are becoming even less valuable. Anyone sitting on a pile of stubs is essentially walking into a marketplace where bots have every advantage and are ready to capitalize on every opportunity. Hard to get excited about buying stubs when the marketplace itself is working against legitimate players.

Its just like live series tanking after the glitch.

It leaves Chase and Headliners as the only valuable cards (and now really just Chase) - plus Judge and Shohei.

They aren’t trying to incentivize people to grind they are incentivizing them to buy stubs if you want the big cards.

Sure they give away stubs here and there but much less than in years past and you certainly aren’t pulling them from packs.
