I find stuff like that so interesting. I grew up in a rural part of the US not near any MLB teams, but we got TBS. That's how I became a Braves fan when I was a kid.

Yes, 2009 Amateur Draft, Angels had back to back 1st RDP at 24th and 25th. With pick 24 they selected Randal Grichuk....With pick 25 they selected Mike Trout.

I actually was a fan of Grichuk when he was with the Cardinals. I was just surprised to see him on the list.

I will admit that sometimes they let stuff slip by them. Sometimes there are other factors and sometimes fans expect too many

If I remember correctly Olson literally hit that HR on May 5th. Like the same day or the day before he got a spotlight card. His 300 HR card would have literally been the same OVR as his spotlight card.

The Acuna milestone is nice, and I have no doubt that we will get a 99 Acuna at some point but 200 HRs is too common of a milestone. They could roll out his 40/70 milestone card again. Maybe they plan to make him the September retro Spotlight

Current players HRs

Willy Adames - 201
Trea Turner - 203 ( and 100 more stolen bases)
Carlos Correa - 203
Trevor Story - 207
Yordan Alvarez - 207
Xander Bogarts - 208
Matt Chapman - 210
Josh Bell - 210
(Shocked to see Randal Grichuk at 223)

Coming up on 200

Rhys Hoskins - 199
Willson Contreras - 198
Christian Walker - 198
Ian Happ - 196
Javier Baez - 195
Byron Buxton - 193
Michael Conforto - 192
Ketel Marte - 192
