<![CDATA[Jump start free bundle. Error exception opening pack.]]>Did anyone on PlayStation network open the jump start bundle that was free? I got to the jump start option pack and it has 5 choices to make for diamond cards. When I got the to pick 5, I got an exception error. Now i go back in it wants to open this pack but it won’t. I can’t see or get to my other packs. I reinstalled the game and the app. Logged out and back in and nothing. I can’t open packs at all. I put a ticket in, do they even answer them? I am not the only one. There are several or if us on X who reported this happening.

Can’t open any other packs and its extremely frustrating. They told me to hang tight to see if they can fix on their end but no update and no response since earlier yesterday.

I was able to claim my picks and everything worked.
I guess the fix for me was just patience....

I should be able to say no to opening the choice and still display my other packs to open. No it’s close out the pack openings and you’re screwed.

I'd go insane 🤪 Or if you bought a large 🍟, but the fries jumped up and ran away.
SDS gives something for free, and we get sent into 'unopening pack land.' A strange dark place, where the dud packs you wanted to open along with this can't be opened or accessed either.
This is SDS: Some Dumb Ish. I want a free guaranteed ACHES pack as compensation.
Ok, maybe that's asking too much!

I saw the "$0.00," snagged it right away and still need Judge to finish LS, and this happens. I mean, come on. I was even going to tell 2 of my PSN friends who never play The Show, about the free Jump Start bundle.
All we got was jumping into the vortex, lol.
Even the app can't open it.
