<![CDATA[Not as fun to build your team this year]]>I’ve come to this after playing the devil game itself madden. The ability to use a theme team and with a few great cards makes the game really fun. I really hope The Show adopts this. The fact I can’t put Pedro Martinez as a Phillie to make a fun theme team is a shame. If they would actually update captains and put in more legends earlier the game would be sick. If you don’t wanna do captains anymore fine, can I get a manager boost for a theme. It is kinda annoying to see Joe Shmoe as my manager. It would be more fun is all.

Fully agree, but I think Madden gameplay is better at this point to be honest haha. Hard to believe.

I’m actually kind of liking MUT this year. Haven’t been on MLB for a couple weeks until this weekend for WC and I hate the current gamplay more than I remember.

If they give him a 90ish last ride, sure. But I wouldn't want to see a 99 fitting into a theme team for them. Just like a 99 Mays would make no sense for the Mets.

How about White Sox and Rays legend Manny Ramirez?

I do agree with managers though, they should replace captains and upgrade as the year goes on.

Make it possible to change the team affiliation when making teams.

I understand where you're coming from. That being said, Halladay should have a usable Jays card...outside of his initial 87 AS Card, every other one has been a Phillie card. Until they put out a 99 ovr '03 Cy Young Awards card for Doc, I'll use his highest card in my Blue Jay theme team.
