<![CDATA[Banned- Ticket Response]]>I inquired about my 3 year ban from “marketplace manipulation/stub transferring”. I am aware of all those who purchased from third parties, however in my case, I flipped the market by finding a way to buy/sell bulk Diamond Equipment. Zoey from SDS responded, I was wrongfully accused of transferring from “one account to another”, specifically “sound wave items from August 2nd”, however that was specific items/ transactions were done by manually by ME only on my account. Does anyone think a 3 year ban is warranted just because I found a way to make stubs for myself? Btw I understand that what I did can be considered “marketplace manipulation” but I do not believe a 3 YEAR ban is deserved from that.

I agree with you, I definitely got caught up in other stub transfers with the equipment flipping. I hold out zero hope that anything will change and I am cool with it... Nothing to get all fired up and aggressive about, I love playing the game but honestly, the real victim here is my wife... her adult babysitter got taken away! 😀

I think I believe you as well. You're not applying "outrage" to your every post, you're just seeking answers. Unfortunately, SDS isn't overly forthcoming with facts when it comes to these things.

The issue is I think when you either bought or sold, you unknowingly did so to/from a bot account- so in 1's and 0's speak, you did it. It's also unfortunate because SDS has no way of telling if you knew or not- there's a ton of "I din't do nuffin'" posts from people lying through their teeth. Like I said, I'm now fairly certain I believe you...but I don't think this is a battle you'll win

So good luck getting anything done with this sad excuse of a team at SDS. Just chalk it up as a loss and never buy this game again lol. Unfortunately, I do not know if there is a way for SDS to see where each transaction goes/comes from per account.

To be honest, of all the "woe is me" folks who have claimed unfair banning, your arguments are detailed and logical enough for me to actually believe you have been wrongly banned. Of course, I don't know that for pure fact -- it's a gut feel. But, for what it's worth, I believe you.

Through the years of playing the game and visiting the forums it is a cycle we have seen often. The people who come to voice their displeasure always plead their innocence.

Now, we do know that SDS have banned or restricted people on false positives before so it is always a possibility but it is hard to just take everyone's word for it.

I can't tell from the write-up but it sounds like you may have actually bought and sold between more than one of you own accounts? If so that is against the rules even if you are just moving stuff between accounts.

As for three years being fair. I will say yes if it is restricted to just MLB The Show 26 and no if it prevents you from playing next year's version

Honestly, this really stinks if you're innocent. It sounds to me like, if innocent, the items you've flipped were probably sold to or bought by someone who was actually transferring stubs without your knowledge. Which is 100% unfortunate if that resulted in the ban.

Joe and Manu are good guys on here but I have basically been told by both that there's nothing they can do.

The one time I bought 3rd party anything was NHL20, at least EA Sports gave a warning and 2 week suspension from the market. At least they handled it with decency.

Who would have thought, EA looking better at something.
