So, do people actually hand over their credit card details to a sketchy website and then trust said website owners to surreptitiously transfer the stubs to their account via dodgy, inflated marketplace purchases? Or am I totally on the wrong track?

Putting aside the ethics of it, the idea of doing that is wildly risky to me.

[censored], people are trusting.

I wouldn't be putting my credit card details into a sketchy site, let alone giving someone access to my PSN.

I was young and careless 7th or 8th grade I think then but thankfully it was just for mt no credit card or debit involved. I am completely Nms but if I where to spend money it would be on the actual game itself let’s just say a lot has happened since the 2k scam in just life Ive gotten anxiety and panic attacks pretty bad since then thankfully not as bad as it was a Cpl years ago, I’ve learned to control it more and as a overthinker no deal is worth the reassurance I would get by just buying it the right way.
