If that card is locked to a collection, sometimes purchasable packs have a wee hiccup and don't let you sell the dupes.

Happened to me two nights ago when I bought two packs...one let me sell the already locked in dupe, the other dupe didn't. Neither were dupes of no-sell rewards. Just...happens sometimes.

Yes, I purchased the ultra pipeline pack in the shop for 50,000 and not all the cards were sellable.

I bought packs and in the packs were some that were duplicates for me and not able to sell them. When you buy a pack, you should be able to sell any card from the pack.
