Selective Priorities: The developer only rushes to patch things when their own coding flaws allow players to earn extra packs. Their threats of punitive action against those players turned out to be empty.

The Community Penalty: Anyone still grinding this mode does so purely out of a love for baseball, not because the experience is supported. Meanwhile, community outreach like The Show Live has been abandoned to dodge constant complaints.

Anyone still playing is only here because they love baseball. If SDS actually wanted to reward the loyal player base stuck dealing with this, they'd hand out a massive goodwill gift—though knowing how they operate, it'd probably just be another batch of free cards that crashes the market even further.
