Opened ticket with SDS with no response.

I just followed up to see if I can get an answer and to be honest don't feel too confident in that.

To say I'm a little confused/insulted would be an understatement because I have never done anything to warrant a ban or account restriction.

For anyone who has been in the same situation how long did it take for SDS to rectify the situation?

I know the bot issue has been a hot topic for quite some time now, but the fact that the loyal and rule abiding accounts are being impacted is disappointing.

Still restricted on the app.

The below steps might be helpful to anyone who may have fallen into a similar situation, but the bots have really hurt the game experience for me this year as well as many of you I'm sure. Very disappointing.

Would be curious to hear if anyone successfully got back into the app using any of the steps below.

Because San Diego Studios (SDS) ramped up their automated anti-cheat and anti-bot protocols, buying several cards rapidly—especially while using a workplace Wi-Fi network or switching connections quickly—frequently triggers a false-positive flag that locks you out of trading.

Here is how you can address the issue and see if you can bypass the glitch:

Check Your Orders Tab

Sometimes you can break a stuck marketplace loop by manually loading an alternative menu.
Navigate away from the main marketplace page.
Tap on your Recently Completed Orders tab.
Try returning to the card page to see if the error clears.

Switch Off Workplace Wi-Fi
Corporate networks often route traffic through virtual private networks (VPNs) or shared IP addresses. This can make the app's anti-bot system think your device is part of an automated server network.
Completely close the app.
Turn off your phone's Wi-Fi and switch to mobile cellular data.
Relaunch the app and attempt the purchase.

Clear App Storage and Force Stop
If a bad security token is cached locally on your phone, clearing it can force a fresh authentication session with the servers.
Android: Go to Settings > Apps > MLB Companion App > Storage and select Clear Cache. Then select Force Stop before opening it again.
iOS: Delete the app entirely, clear your phone's temporary RAM, restart your device, and reinstall it from the App Store
