We are entering my conspiracy theory territory here. I’ve had to yet again delete and re-install the game to kick start Gameplay XP during double XP weekend. It’s happened during every one they’ve done. I’m starting to smell a rat.

Had I not noticed and was stuck for the week I might have not got the boss if I stayed primarily in franchise. Maybe that was the plan?
