The other stuff can be explained by the fact that its a HRD card, but what he did last night is about as clutch as it gets. That rating should be higher.

Guessing they didn't expect him to win so based the card on a 96 before adjusting a little for a 99.
It's probably the third best card of a mediocre bunch.

I like the HRD more for the increased conR and vision (and the power) but man that's a significant drop in speed.
