Eh, I still think the rank and file all star cards will be 95-97 or maybe 96-98. HRD cards as 97-98 and the the HRD champ, the all star MVP and maybe a couple of standouts from the game itself get 99s.

I think they still want those special cards from the Game to have a better overall

He has to be in lineup everytime a better version comes out.
