<![CDATA[Bots Control the Market Massively Now!]]>They were gone for all of 2 days... now we all get restricted from the app market constantly for making maybe 3 or 4 buy or sale attempts. And dont you dare attempt to cancel a few orders (when you've been undercut by a single stub in less than half a second by a bot) because then you'll also have your account restricted. O ya n no big deal, just close the app & restart it n then you can use the market again for 2 or 3 attempts at buying or selling only to be restricted again. Meanwhile the bots are making stubs hand over fist & destroying any chance we have of getting decent profits, deals or anything worth value. But if you go to fast you'll probably make a "HUMAN" error and buy instead of sell or vice versa which as a bot they'll never do either... sweet "market integrity" update....
I guess cheating the system is ok as long as youre good at it... and I used to tell everyone how great n amazing this game was with their market and everything...

I personally think they should have a process to have your ban lifted via a website and move forward. Like going into a spot, input info, put a description and it lifts immediately and if they want to investigate people with several claims then delve into those. I can tell you the bots arent filling out the form and even if they are they will be caught quickly by having multiple. But restricting people from listing cards in a certain time frame is just bogus

Another user that did nothing wrong but flip cards to subsidize the stubs for collections. But just because you got caught in a ban doesnt mean crush the market it means unban and fix the algorithm to find true non users

I think there is a big difference. Hooking to Bluestacks and hooking to a console interface are two wildly different concepts. Well, not different concepts, but different setups and conveniences. Not sure you're gonna have $215 bots being sold that require console interface.

There will always be bots as long as there's a marketplace. Hell, even the stock market has bots. But convenience will dictate the number. The app is a MUCH easier convenience than the console. No one will argue that. But that convenience means bots will be way more prevalent.

Makes no difference. And if you think this is bad look at EA Sports games where 20 cards can be listed and you can buy the most expensive. Thats a perfect way to just transfer stubs to wherever. Eliminates the need for bots but doesnt eliminate the purpose. Still worse. You can outbid a bot, keep going up in 50 or 100s and itll stop bidding. Ive done it hundreds of times and yes it might be slightly more than you wanna pay but usually not more than 1-5k depending on the card. The app was fine without breaking it entirely for everyone actually using it

Market hasn't worked itself out all year. Honestly, it didn't really work itself out last year either. Bots may not go away on console, but I would assume they are much less using console only than the app.
