<![CDATA[Account Restrictions]]>I like many others in this forum have had my account restricted on the companion app. I was flipping silvers to golds and got my account restricted. This happened over a week ago and sent in a ticket almost immediately. I’m so close to finishing live series and this has stopped me. I got a response just yesterday. Over a week after I sent in the ticket.

SDS said that my account had been flagged due to non-standard marketplace usage told me that my restriction was permanent for MLB the show 26 and they reminded me that no automated tools are allowed in the game or companion app. I never used automated tools and have just been flipping cards.

Looking at the community forum it seems I’m not alone with this issue. I feel like in this latest attempt to stop bots they ended up banning more real players than actual bots.

Does anyone know how to get them to overturn this?

I literally use a pen and paper to track the market highs and lows and to monitor trends. This is my final year and I will never buy any sds products in the future.

Honestly, I don't think that you will get them to overturn this, since you can still buy and sell via the console.
