I swear I have to swing almost immediately after the ball leaves the pitchers hand and I still get very late timing. I’ve been doing laying since 2007 and am just scratching my head wondering what I have to do to catch up to a fast ball 😒

Ok so I'm not losing my mind. I think the problem is that the online meta pitchers (Lightning Mis, Ryan etc) all throw too fast for the connection or servers to handle- which are already janky on a good day. Factor in poorer and poorer connections to opponents and here we are.

Also, I know I'm not gonna shoot the lights out in terms of offense, but I'm not totally incompetent either and neither is my teammate...and we've gone "how the hell am I behind that?" more times this year than in the previous 12 or so years we've both been playing

No games that feel competitive. Plus the pitch speeds feel way off since then too.
