Every collection will be added onto. This is probably the purpose of adding red diamond.

"Mantle is the blue diamond voucher, now you need to spend stubs to extend the collecrion and aquire the red diamond voucher."

I'd be surprised if they just raised the requirement for the same rewards.

In my eyes it continues to force players to spend stubs on players, while not needing to push new content and collections out faster to meet the next legend released on 7/26.
