There will be a The Show 27, because they have one year of that idiotic Negro Leagues deal (that I'm sure they paid too much for) left, and then the state of this company plus the looming lockout will likely be the end of it. Sony's obviously not happy with the P&L of SDS (thus the change in leadership a few years back). Being as things have gotten drastically worse since then, and only going down, I see very little chance that there is a MLB The Show 28, unless MLB itself just throws so much cash at them they have to make it.

So now they have to figure a way to fix it as they cant have a set amount of people get the packs for free and make others pay for it.
