<![CDATA[Mexico City conquest]]>The conquest shows I've completed all missions, even the one for laureono. but I still don't have him in my inventory. So now I can't
collect him to finish collections. I'm trying to get answers. But all I get right now is sorry to hear that, we don't have access to give you xp/rewards or change wins or losses.

I finished the 42 conquest and didn't have the player reward that came at the end of it. It's not a bug, it's a feature.
