After switching pitchers from Player A (a two-way player who is an SP/IF, appearing as a DH) to Player B (an SP), Player B’s model was displayed during Player A’s next at-bat. However, the displayed name, status, and batting animation were those of Player A.
Furthermore, in the next inning, when Player B was pitching, Player A’s model was displayed. In this instance as well, the displayed name, stats, and pitching animation were those of Player B.
In my case, this occurred in Franchise Mode, but it may also occur in other modes.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
I have already reported the bug to official support.

It never happened again after the one instance.
