Between the foul balls and emphasis on steals this year…it is tough to enjoy the game. Throw in the cheaters as well.

It entirely possible, I can do 8-10 pitch at bats without too much difficulty,my longest at bat ever I believe was 18. This is against CPU but the mechanics are the same vs ppl or CPU.
It isn't that difficult after watching tens of thousands of pitches to not only know what the timing for optimal swings are but for harmlessly fouling it off.
To go that deep into an at bat they are deciding they don't like the pitch and are intentionally fouling it off to get another, once you get passed 10 pitches it starts to become kind of amazing that you haven't accidentally popped one up that gets caught in foul territory.
