It came from the President of Sony. He said MLB told them to put the game out for all the consoles. As a franchise player I think the multi consoles is why they can’t do year to year saves.

But it's very hard to play on cloud. even offline. the timing is way off.

MLB doesn't want to relinquish the power they hold over Sony. A PC Show would destroy all control MLB has with their brand.

It’s only on consoles outside of PlayStation because MLB was gonna take the license away if they didn’t make the game available for XBox and Nintendo.
