At least make them earn able or purchasble through micro transactions

You’re SOL if you have an OFer that can also play SS. Or you have to move him to SS to give him all the OF secondaries. But then that’s going to change how the CPU handles their roster.

They are .. and they aren't.

Some are based on attributes (like high fastball velocity) but some are based on situational stats (player hits better during the day).

The point is, once a player is generated/created, they do not earn quirks nor can you add/edit them.
