I typically try to focus on the top of the pitchers cap, then using my peripherals, I track, and hit. However, find myself getting crosseyed most of the time. When I don’t, I’m able to square up the ball, when I do, looks like I’m a little leaguer hitting against Skenes. Any tips? Any different way you guys track pitches?

If you get your pitch inside/outside, high/low, swing away. If not, just take.

I have a method that works really well one day out of every two weeks....lol

Stare intently at the top two-thirds of strike zone like you're staring at one of those magic 3d pictures. When ball releases, move your eyes behind pitchers head. If you dont think its in the top two-thirds of zone, dont swing (maybe get a bit looser with two strikes).

When this works, its awesome. For the next several days, it stinks. Your eyes can't be tired to pull it off - they have to be super alert.
