In the pre release streams they showed the ability to change the user frequency. For example, instead of players getting every other at bat in coop, you could switch to every 3 AB. Does anyone know how to change this, or was this just a ruse to make it seem like they actually did something to improve coop?

It's either right before or right after you set your batting order & select your pitcher (I can't remember exactly when it happens). You'll have the option to change the frequency for when you change pitchers and when you swap hitters
