At the beginning of the flash sale he got as low as 7k so I bought him but after that he kept going up

Never buy packs unless its unreal guaranteed value. I hate stub sales because it makes cards go up, it makes the stubs you have “less” valuable. Just creates inflation IMO.

Based on historical practices you're probably looking around memorial day for the first stub sale. Caveat: flash sales usually precede stub sales.
