Is he a new addition from the last roster update?

Also, if you only needed the "new additions" to complete that teams LS collection; would you pay the premium or wait until theyre no longer "new"?

I feel if I do the latter, they'll be a new "new addition" next update.

SDS is not going to move him up dramatically after one good month. Maybe max up to 80 which would give him a QS of 400.
