As a long time fan of the Show, one of my favorite all-time features was guess pitch. It was a thrill to be able to jump on a pitch that you knew was coming. Since implementing the"ambush" approach to hitting, guess pitch is now extremely ineffective. When a 4-seam fastball up and away is "guessed" correctly, a swing and miss with good timing shows that bat swing location was low and away. As it is, I will be going back to previous versions of the game that have my favorite feature actually function correctly.
