I suspect most people do not have all 60 Jolts. I know I don't, but I havent made it a goal either. If you have all 60 Jolts perhaps some grass touching is in order.

Just grind miniseasons for packs, grind online to get better at it, or take some time for other games/hobbies.

Next weekend is only Weekend Classic plus an hours worth of programs unless they have something unannounced so dont expect much then either.
