This is really lame but I’ve been trying to cash in my points for a $1.25 gift card for the last four or five days with no love. Does this just happen every so often. I hit the REDEEM button and my count goes from 1,500 to 35 or whatever and it says I’ll get an email but when I go back to the original page, it still has my 1,500 total.
