This would be phase 1 to weed out as much as they can, after that, it’ll settle in and they’ll monitor activity to see who is actually real and who’s a bot.

I work in cybersecurity, this is similar to what we do to counter suspicious activity and attacks. It’s painful at first but then settles in fairly quickly.

The controls typically first go after heavy traffic and put you into a “timeout” for a bit to see what that does to settle down server requests. Some people have already started to get access back so it’ll be interesting to see how much activity they’ll now allow before throttling again.

But I do agree, at this point, SDS should be making some sort of statement to ease the masses.

I admit I do flip cards on my phone, and I am quick doing it, but I have done everything manually, and now my access is restricted. If this is the case, I can move off this game next year and beyond. Heck, the cards I were flipping were silvers for crying out loud.
