<![CDATA[Conquest: USA West - Can't complete??]]>I've accomplished 5 of 6 goals on USA West in Conquest and am stuck on Goal 6 to conquer all territories. I'm at 208/209. I've cycled through: Reinforce > Move > Attack. On the attack mode, it tells me there aren't any more territories to attack.

How come I get complete Goal 6? Is this a bug or an issue others have?

Please advise.

That's why you should always make your primary color one a team doesn't have. It's easier to see what you missed on Conquest maps.
