While I understand your point, if you think the show is bad at dealing with toxic players you should check out Gran Turismo. Holy cow. It's part of the reason I have started to tone down my complaints about this game.

Sadly, SDS doesn't care about how bad the game play is, and even less about you getting jobbed by a cheeser/freezer. You already both already bought the game, and as far as they are concerned that's all they wanted.

SDS is basically becoming EA Sports, Part 2. So I am trying to deal with the trash and play the game as it is, but not rewarding them with future purchases, and I promise you they will not even notice my tiny lack of purchasing power compared to the mountain of money they made on the people that will take what they are given.

You can either wait them out or take the L and move on.

I'm sure you know this but posting a players gamertag is against the TOA of the forum and could get you banned.

Again you do not know for sure that this gamer is actually doing something funny however you have given SDS legitimate reason to ban you.

You are on hour 24 of a freeze of which in turn you could have played what another 15 games in that time span? I don't get this staying in a freeze off so what you take the loss if you are a good player you will make it up and of your not and like me well then it's on to the next for innings.

Stick it out man. You are my hero. Someones got to do the dirty work. Plenty of other stuff to do then to let that guy/gal have the satisfaction. That alone is worth more than any win.
