Here's a breakdown based on mode and innings played.

RANKED:
0% = Less than 3 innings played
33% = 3 to 5 innings played
100% = 6+ innings played

BR:
0% = Less than 1 inning played
33% = 1 inning played
100% = 2 + innings played

EVENTS 6 games (for 3 inning events see BR breakdown):
0% = Less than 2 innings played
33% = 2+ innings played
100% = 4 + innings played

So if you played 10 games in various modes, BR, events and ranked, and you achieved a score of 33% three times and 100% seven times your completed game percent would be 80%.

SDS should have a points tier. The earlier you quit, the more points taken away from your rank. And maybe stop the tier system after 6 innings. And yes, I know some people may have to quit early for life reasons. But maybe that will put a lot of early quitters down in their own section after awhile.

I was also thinking about maybe they could put some type of games completed percentage (or maybe a quality games completed like 2+ or 4+ innings for event and BR games and 6+ innings for ranked games) next to your username. So when you load into a game, in event, BR or ranked, you'll see the opponents percentage of games completed, this way if they have a % games completed below 66%, you know to quit out and cue up a new opponent if you're looking to play a complete game or close to one.

Conversely, if you're looking to get quick wins, maybe you enter the game, figuring once you put up a couple of runs your opponent will just quit out.

So, how would that work for games I don’t complete because my opponent quits early? Might be a little complicated to measure

It’s infinitely more fun playing with guys around the same level as you all the time. Win some, lose some, and at the end of the day it’s a lot more social and enjoyable. Half the games aren't filled with people sucking all the fun out of the game.

It’s actually incredible how tight nit and close some become. During one of the hurricanes in Florida years back there were guys in a league I was in sheltering other members who didn’t have a place to live anymore. Certainly beats guys pausing for 2:47 seconds just to send a friendly quit.
